Forster Park has a tennis court, basketball hoops and a playground containing climbers, a sandbox and swings.

In the summer, our successful Annual Picnic takes place here every June. In the winter, the tennis posts are removed by the Town and the tennis courts are transformed into two ice skating rinks which are hugely popular. They are maintained by volunteer men and teens from the community.

We are fortunate to have one of only two community parks with a full service washroom brick building. It was saved from potential demolition in 1999 by the efforts of the WRRA. On a weekly rotating basis, residents take turns opening and closing the washroom daily from June 1 to September 30.

In 2006, 12 new trees were planted by local residents in partnership with the Town of Oakville.
The playground area is a big hit with young kids in the neighbourhood. In the summer of 2010, the Town will be constructing a splash pad for them to enjoy.
