About the Event

All ghosts, ghouls, and princesses are encouraged to ride in the WRRAs Halloween Howl Bike Parade! Join your neighbors for a costumed bike parade to celebrate Halloween and show off your creativity!  Fun for all ages! There will be a band as well, so come out and have a little family fun in the park. 

Prizes for the most creative bikes.  Age categories are: 0-3, 4-6, 7-10, 11+.

Fee: Free

Time: Kids will begin to ride through the balloon arch starting at 3:00pm, don't be late!

Please register so we can plan for numbers.
