Metrolinx has planned works for the Kerr Street rail crossing and the work will be done on the weekend of December 3 & 4th, 2022. The work involves the rail crossing gates at the level crossing. Metrolinx has asked for a road closure of Kerr Street from Saturday December 3rd at 9pm to Sunday December 4th at 5am. The closure will affect the section of Kerr Street from Shepherd Road up to Wyecroft Road. Metronlinx will be placing notice signs on Kerr Street at Wyecroft and at Shepherd Road to notify the public of the planned work and road closure. The notice signs will go up over the weekend (Noc 26/27). Metronlinx will also deliver a notice letter to the businesses in the area of the crossing early next week.
