Local West River resident Elena is hoping to raise funds in order to brighten up and bring some sunshine to the building located at Washington Ave. and Kerr.
Elena is a talented mosaic artist living and working in Oakville who hopes to bring a beautiful, uplifting mural along Kerr Street, in Kerr Village to attract visitors.
Elena is looking for some local support to bring a very talented artist from Ottawa, Ryan Smeeton to help her create this piece.
The funds raised will cover all costs involved which are: materials, artist fees, traveling expenses, equipment rental, permits, and insurance.
