Loose leaf collection for Zone 3 (West River) has been completed for the duration of 2021.
Zone 3 Pick Up Dates:
Oct. 25th to Oct. 29th - Completed
Nov. 8 to Nov. 12 - Completed
Nov. 22 to Nov. 29th - Completed
The WRRA had requested a fourth pick up for early December, but due to an overlap in seasons the leaf trucks must be converted to snowplows. However, if we notice that there is a significant amount of leaf piles on certain streets we will appeal to the Town for one last pick up.
The Town is reminding all residents that you can bag your leaves. Region of Halton bagged leaf program will run until December 17th, and we encourage residents who may have missed bulk pick up dates to use this alternative removal program.
